Did 2024.1 update mess up setting client scripts via User Events? We keep getting errors that square works and other 3rd party bundles are trying to resolve our library files within their bundle folder instead of the relative path of our script.

Is anyone having issues with voiding jE's? Suddenly started to have issues when a bill payment is voided, voiding JE gets created without any document number, bill payment showing approved instead of voided and JE missing systemnotes tab completely - thats alarming 🤔

Apparently there is an ongoing issue with user roles searching activities in Global Search. Global search doesn't show any activities but they can still be found through the regular lists. The global search does find them for administrators

I integrated Cybersource for Suite Commerce webstore. Btw, I get a blank/null value on the Payment Event Details' Raw Response every time. It seems like the CyberSource transaction request does not reach CyberSource. Anyone knows what the cause is? How should I check if Merchant ID set with Netsuite matches with what is set with CyberSource? How can I resolve this?

Hey all, saved searches have a bug with the "within" filter. If you leave it open on the "from" then it changes it in the UI and your UI run. On the server side it doesn't do this same thing though and your dataset will be different. Opened a case and hoping NetSuite removes weird client side things like this

Defect 832802 - Emails sent to Hotmail / MSN / Live / Outlook email domains fails. Undelivered Email with error "Permanent Failure: Delivery not authorized, message refused" Currently U4 ** Desperately need this escalated! Symptoms: Emails sent from within NetSuite (all contexts) are not deliverable to Microsoft owned email domains including Hotmail, MSN, Live, and Outlook .com email addresses. This issue started sometime on or around June 25th. To see if you're affected, I recommend going to Lists > Mailing > Undelivered Emails and inspecting the emails that are not successfully delivering. If you have a ton of pink undeliverables with Microsoft based email domains, then you need to report the issue. Our company did not immediately notice the impact, but now after 10 business days, the inability and delays in communication to our customers is creating customer service nightmares for our Ecommerce business. Please submit a support ticket for this and request escalation from your account rep!

Our DMARC reports show that our NS emails stopped being sent by sparkpostmail.com on or around June 20th (when the issue started) and started sending from oracleemaildelivery.com. The compliance verified column change from Yes to No on 06/20 for all outboard emails. From NS support in response: "The "Compliance Verified" field is now considered obsolete. A "No" status does not necessarily mean that your emails will be undelivered—it simply indicates that one of the three email compliance checks was not met (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Since this field is no longer relevant, we recommend disregarding it for now. We are also working on having it removed to prevent further confusion."

Appreciate you all filing tickets. Obviously we're getting somewhere if it's gone from a U4 to U3. I'm wondering just how wide spread this is. Is EVERYONE using the system.netsuite email system not able to send to these MSFT domains right now?? That's crazy, if so.

Support is saying they made an improvement that will fix the deliverability of hotmail / msn / live / outlook recipients on my account. Using test accounts, though, I'm seeing the messages are going right to the Junk Email folder, and this new email domain shows, that I'm not familiar with -- besides someone here mentioning it in another thread. I've asked if I should be revising my SPF text record to include this mail domain, and I'm waiting to hear back. But this seems like a pretty large change for NetSuite / Oracle to make without a heads up. Changing their outbound email server domain?? The domain is phx1.rp.oracleemaildelivery.com
