Hi there, trying to follow this thread. are you saying one user is not able to see a particular screen share, but others can? I don't believe we've seen this before reported anywhere.. Can you try to see what the bitrate is for the receiving user if/when this happens again next time? you can use

remoteParticipant.getTrack('screen_share').currentBitrate
