we don't have documentation for it mainly because there's too much variance for us to support. Currently we support two paths, the VM deployment generator/docs, kubernetes helm charts. Both involve the docker distribution It's not difficult to set it up on your own though. You'd just need to run the server with its config file, along with opening up ports documented here.

We run Kubernetes for Cloud. No, there aren't any visible overhead with Docker.

sure.. there's nothing specific to Caddy that we need. As mentioned before, we do not use GRPC.
