(moved to dm for project links)
moving back here: So the issue is that for this time region, @bright-tiger-35509 in a call with the user and was unable to see them, even though the layer was supposed to be Medium. The Video Dimensions graph doesn’t handle this case well but basically from `042247`–`042258` the user was not publishing any video (a
0x0
video). Not sure how to debug this further. @dry-elephant-14928?

@acoustic-engineer-41666,nice picture, how this graph is captured?
a
These graphs are screenshots of the analytics dashboard you get when you use Livekit Cloud
d
what does the second marker state? looks like no one is consuming the publisher's streams at that point. (the second to the last flag indicated a consumer, but the last flag seemed to have turned it off) What does it mean by
the user and was unable to see them
? Was the Participant in the room, but no video coming through? Or was the Participant not in the room at all?
b
So in the graph, we see that a person just subscribed to the video stream , but the publishing did not resume.
@acoustic-engineer-41666 Any update on the issue? You got the exact issue, right?
d
@bright-tiger-35509 hey, it's not clear on what the issue you are seeing is. Please refer to my question above.

So @dry-elephant-14928, autosubscribe is false since we have a spatial application. So inspite of a subscription, `042247`–`042258` the user was not publishing any video (a
0x0
video).

In your chart, there are two markers and I think you are hovering over the first one (there was another one to the right of it, that might not be super easy to see). I'm curious on what it says. Can you send me the link to the session you are looking at? (feel free to DM). I have a hunch that it's not publishing because of adaptivestream feedback, but would be happy to double check that.
b
adaptiveStream is false.
Okay, I will send the session link on DM
d
The participant had unsubscribed according to the flag. We'll make this more clear in the future. But for now you can browse to the subscriber and go through the event log to see when the unsubscribe has happened.
