hi @big-keyboard-95799, a “room” can really be thought of as a “session”. Are you wondering how many rooms can be created for a single running instance of LiveKit server? Max participants in a room really depends on what those participants are doing. Participant limits are largely dictated by the number of tracks being published and subscribed to. actually im asking because im working on a multiplayer implementation, where set of 4 -20 users can join a single room in multiplayer (and supposedly create/join a room for livekit)
I was asking this if I have 10k users in different rooms, it means at one time >1k sessions of livekit would be active,
would it facilitate all sessions with all participants?
