yeah that's the existing report that we received recently. Which platform and OS version are you seeing the issue with?

I experienced it on iOS 16.1 recently. I also using android for testing, and I didn’t see the issue on android yet, but it occurs only occasionally, so I’m not sure if it platform-based.

ah interesting.. do you have full logs from the session? It appears that this is during a reconnection sequence? it'd be very helpful if you can attach it to the same issue above
