Thanks — I’m responding about setting up SSO (Okta) for your Enterprise plan.
LiveKit’s Enterprise plan supports SSO and can be integrated with SAML-based identity providers like Okta. To get this enabled and configured, we’ll need to coordinate a few items:
• Confirm the domain/account you want SSO enabled for (your LiveKit enterprise account name or org).
• Confirm whether you want IdP-initiated, SP-initiated, or both flows.
• Provide your Okta SAML metadata (or the Okta metadata URL) and your desired assertion mappings (e.g., which SAML attribute maps to user email, name, and role).
• Decide whether you need automatic user provisioning (SCIM) or manual provisioning.
If you share the account/org name and which of the above options you prefer, I’ll begin the configuration steps and walk you through the exact metadata and attribute values LiveKit needs.
