About me: • Was a senior engineer at Lyft where I built the passenger experience for their self driving cars. I built the tablet in the back of the car (the passenger interface). A big issue was deep android tablet integration. I know a major focus for founders is hardware devices. • Before that a senior eng at Bloomberg leading a major financial project • Since then helped numerous startups and companies implement and deploy AI voice (AI for home services businesses, AI for an elder care device, AI calling for patient pre visit prep, etc etc etc) - all in livekit. I have managed engineers both in the US and offshore, can provide architectural direction, and can implement really quick. Whatever problem you have I have likely already solved it so can help you move a ton faster. Some cool projects I've helped with • An eldercare product that uses AI voice to help lonely seniors. I set up observability to handle bad network connectivity that informed the UX of the voice agent as well as implemented the UX to make the voice engaging, remember conversations with the user, etc. • An interconnected AI Calling + AI SMS system with memory that used Livekit's data channels for an integrated system that acts like a front desk person. • AI front desk for home service businesses that remembers callers, displays analytics to drive more customers, and remembers past conversations to change the voice UX to feel warm. Been programming since I was 13 so can help you ship extremely fast.
