I have setup livekit K8s cluster in Rancher provisioned downstream cluster in namespace livekit livekit setup has 3-livekit pod running as daemons on three nodes, redis-master, two redis replicas , three sentient pods master and replicas , In same cluster my backend application running on separate namespace web apps, architecture vise I am using client ——-> Loadbalancer (sni based routing ) for livekit.example.com(wss) and livekit-nturn.example.com (turn url) to backend livekit node on 8443(nginx) ——> livekit 7880. and backend is connecting directly to the livekit via service url something like backend configMap: livekit_info: http://livekit.livekit.svc.cluster.local:7880 livekit-apikey livekit-secretkey firewall port: opened from external: internet ——> livekit node on 3478 and 50k -60k UDP internet ——-> loadbalancer 443 TCP for was SNI routing configuration: firewall Natting public ip — livekit node private ip all three node configure as node_ip: public ip in the config.yaml as turn for Ice candidate information share to the client for media flow. Internal: rest all internal ports are open and services are able to connect. Issue: when I am trying to make A call from user A to userB it's showing connecting calls are not established. Error:

In the livekit daemon pod seems all 200 response not sure what is getting wrong.

From the logs it seems like the servers are isolated - make sure all livekit servers are connecting to the single redis master

thanks Raghu, for reviewing the issue. yeah in my livekit namespace livekit pod. Redis pod. Sentinel pods are running however MMS service which abstractions layer which is connecting and livekit from webaapps namespace , yeah livekit is connecting with only the master , so based on my understanding when user A Initiating call livekit Created room and consideration no participant available therefor deleting the room very quickly , so when MMS requesting to livekit for room list room infor it doesn't found and say room does not exist and other user unable to join as room already deleted

What is mms service ? Is that specific to you?
