Hello All, quick question. Does anyone else notice that the refresh intervals for the call logs go above the refresh interval rate? Previously my last refresh was at 18 min even though my refresh interval is 5 minutes. I also noticed this issue in general call logs which take forever to load. Just curios if anyone else is experiencing this issue. Thanks 😁

Thanks for reaching out, Daniel. I'm an AI assistant and I'm here to help. Give me a moment while I research this topic.
Thanks — I’m responding about the refresh interval behavior you described (the UI showing a 5‑minute setting but ā€œLast updatedā€ being much older and call logs taking long to load). What’s happening • The dashboard streams incremental updates but backend data processing can be delayed under load, which can cause actual refreshes to happen later than the configured interval. • Slow page loads for call logs are a known symptom when event volume grows; that can make the UI appear to ā€œlagā€ between updates. What you can try • Manually click the refresh icon to force an immediate update. • Narrow the time range (for example, shorten from ā€œPast 3 hoursā€ to a smaller window) to reduce the amount of returned data. • Try a different browser or an incognito window to rule out cached UI issues. Quick questions to help narrow this down • Does this happen consistently or only at certain times? • Are you seeing this across multiple browsers or devices? • If you change the time range to a smaller window, does load time improve? If you share those details I’ll help diagnose next steps and suggest further troubleshooting or targeted checks. Sources: Say hello to improved Cloud analytics | LiveKit, with interactive elements

1. This happens consistently 2. I tried on Arc & Chrome 3. I changed the time window from 24 hours to 3 and still get nothing.

Thanks — I’m following up on the three details you provided (consistent problem, tried Arc & Chrome, changing time window didn’t help). Likely cause • This behavior most commonly comes from backend data processing or pipeline delays, which can make automatic refreshes occur later than the configured interval and sometimes return empty or slow-loading call logs. Immediate steps to try • Click the refresh icon to force an update. • Clear browser cache or test in a fresh incognito window (you tried two browsers already, but this rules out cached UI state). • Open the browser DevTools Console and Network tab while loading the logs and note any errors or failed requests (status codes, long requests). • Confirm there was call activity in the selected time window (are you expecting recent calls to exist for that project/room?). Quick diagnostic questions • Do you ever see any call entries at all for this project/time range, or is it always empty? • When you open DevTools, do you see any errors or failed network requests while the logs load? If so, what status codes or error messages appear? • Can you check the LiveKit status page for any ongoing incidents right now? If you share the DevTools error(s) or whether any call entries appear, I’ll recommend the next targeted steps. , with interactive elements

Just for my understanding, are you saying this is an expected behavior? 1. yes i see calls but they come in up to 30 minutes after it occurred if you were to have a service outage i would have no way of knowing until at least that time. could you please escalate to a human? 2. No 3. Check for me
