how many concurrent calls can a self hosted SFU can handle?

based on specs, I reached about ~3000 concurrent users when stress testing the system using single node with 16vCPU and 32GB RAM

What client did u used for testing? Did the test include the agent dispatched in the room? Did the test happened in the same room or different rooms? Please answer.
