Hey there. We're having an issue where a subset of our calls have strange, garbled audio for ~500ms at call initiation time. Does anyone recognise this (fairly distinct) sound / know of a culprit? Thanks in advance for any support!

what are you using for telephony on those calls? Might be related to the SIP handshake timing

Hey @gray-napkin-98176 - We're using Twilio. I'd also considered the SIP handshake, but from what I read online I thought that happened before the call was connected (i.e., before ringing stops)?
