in which location does livekit store the traces & audio telemetry data? Is there EU only storage available?

Agent observability is stored in the US, as detailed in the data processing addendum, section 2.5 (point 1 of the second list): https://livekit.io/legal/data-processing-addendum. I am currently working on surfacing that information so it's a bit more discoverable. At the present time, there is no storage available outside of the US, but the team are aware of the need - if you have regulatory requirements to store data in a region other than the US, the current advice is to disable observability.
