Wondered if someone could take a look at this bug I found--there are critical issues with the drain timeout that make it drop active calls:

The issue is relatively straightforward, so hoping it can get resolved quickly

Can you see if it is fixed in 1.3.8. I saw it mentioned something very similar to that was fixed

Reproduction Steps:

1. Clone the <https://github.com/livekit-examples/agent-starter-python|python agents starter>
2. Run in prod mode (`uv run python src/agent.py start`)
3. Connect two calls simultaneously (I opened two browser windows to a LiveKit Sandbox)
4. `ctrl-c` the agent process
5. End one of the calls
6. About 30 seconds later, the agent process exits, and the second session becomes unresponsive

I was able to reproduce. I will let the team know.
