I am having trouble restarting my agent. I deploy the agent, and it says it's running. I can make calls, I'm using a Telnyx SIP, and a browser-based solution for local testing. It seems to work for a while, the agent goes to sleep, and then I can't wake it up again, even using the agent restart CLI command. And when I make the call, when the agents are asleep, it doesn't restart. It seems that there's some sort of fallback agent, which I'm assuming is just the LLM inferring that the name of my agent includes the word "mortgage". So it asks about mortgages. The mortgage name is in the secrets, and I say I will not encounter this until today.

Yes, I'm using TLS I have not noticed any errors at all. Like I said, the agent works for a while, then goes to sleep, and then won't restart or wake up it seems to be an issue waking from sleep. The problem is, the call connects, and audio quality is fine. Like I say, I can't seem to see any logs because with the CLI I can't log an agent that's sleeping.
