By default, when a room is created in LiveKit, it can trigger agent dispatch. If a participant connects to LiveKit and the room does not already exist, the room is created automatically, and an agent is assigned to it. However, if you configure the system to use explicit dispatch by setting the

agent_name

field in the

WorkerOptions

, agents will not be automatically dispatched to newly created rooms. In such cases, you would need to manually dispatch the agent using the

AgentDispatchService
