Accepted values for the layout parameter in LiveKit's RoomComposite Egress include default layouts such as "grid", "speaker", and "single-speaker". You can also use a "-light" suffix to change the background color to white, like "grid-light" <https://docs.livekit.io/home/egress/room-composite/|RoomComposite Egress>. Additionally, custom layouts can be created using standard web technologies and specified via a custom template URL <https://docs.livekit.io/home/egress/custom-template/|Custom Recording Template>.
