I think the easiest way will be broadcasting reconnecting status by websocket message or data message. I don't think in library level need to change/add anything. Once user has reconnect or connection status change, broadcast that status with other users of the room. Simple!

Reconnected

events on the client and broadcast a data message to the rest of the Room

Okay, thanks, but I don’t get the concept - if the user lost the connection and is trying to reconnect (changing the network, for example) - how can he emit anything for other participants? it will not be possible and as I understood, our backend will not be notified about it (via webhook) until the user will be fully disconnected? Now I see he will be just frozen until he gets back (btw, nice domain .run, is that yours development env? 😂 )
