11/04/2023, 6:58 PMwhich version of Egress are you running? RTMP connectivity is really tricky to get right, and it really depends on the distance/connection quality from your Egress server to the destination.
Our Cloud egress would perform geo-optimizations so we could Egress to RTMP from the closest edge server. So that's another thing you can try

11/04/2023, 7:06 PMWe faced that issue at version 1.7.5 and 1.7.9. Egress servers are running in us-east-2 and destination is us-east-1. I believe connectivity should not be a problem.
