You can switch to HLS to go beyond 3 hours. With mp4, the file is not written until the very end, and can end up falling if it uses too much memory

I see. Does that mean we've lost the recordings? (was using webm)

No, it just means it was stopped at 3 hours, you should see the location in the Egress info. It's the same situation with webm, with both webm and mp4 it waits until the end for all the information to write the file headers

Thanks @able-gigabyte-21598. Looks like the recording cut out after 30 minutes or so. Guessing that's because of the file format and HLS will fix that?
