Is this reproducible consistently? are you able to publish/subscribe video and audio normally?
i
Video and audio tracks work as expected, everything is fine regarding the video and audio quality, reproducing constantly on 2 devices I use for testing: • Google Pixel 6a • Xiaomi Note 10T

hmm, this is weird, the only time the data channel isn’t alive is when it’s not connected or reconnecting. does this also happen if you attempt to send a message immediately upon connecting?
i
I usually don't send a message right upon connecting, I try to send a message while the connection is already established and I can see and hear other participants on a call...
Thanks for the link! 🙏 If you need anything else, like any info, data or whatever please feel free to ping me
e
Oh I meant as a test, send a message immediately after connecting and see if that still repros
i
I've just tried to publish the the event immediately upon connection and publishing succeeds, but all following events fail with the same exception.
e
do you happen to see any reconnecting events in the logs?
i
Most of the time I believe no, but let me check a couple of more times...
Nope, there are no reconnections.
