How to geenrate token to connect to this js sample app?

I have one question regarding this client sdk .. if I am changing the value of fps in this client sdk code here .. supposed change it to 1 or 2 from 30 . Then it is not taking the resolution mention in the set. it is calculating the resolution as per fps only.. Can someone explain this behaviour ??
