Hello, I just updated to 
livekit-client 1.12.1
and I have a similar issue with a virtual (OBS) camera. Previously it was working fine, but now 
upstream paused
and 
upstream resumed
events are constantly happening, the track is in a mute/unmute loop, so it keeps turning on and off on the remote participant side. It seems to work fine with normal cameras.

thanks for verifying the version! @high-exabyte-20673 is the issue for you also exclusively for virtual cameras (OBS) or does it happen on normal cameras as well? (I can reproduce it with OBS virtual camera, but not with normal cameras)

our proposed fix for this is here. Could the two of you check if this solves the issues on your side? (It made the OBS flopping go away for me)
