Hey, I might not write much for you, but I believe this question it's already answered on the documentation, the starting of the documentation did some major answering to your question

Thanks for the answer. The docs only explain high level concepts/architecture/terms, not actual implementation (as far as I know)

Hey @polite-breakfast-82135, one distinction that's worth understanding is the difference between WebRTC and LiveKit: LiveKit is an end to end implementation of multi-user audio/video and it uses WebRTC to provide a key part of the functionality. Google does not support WebRTC officially outside of Chromium use cases, so our own Duan has created flutter-webrtc to address those shortcomings across the native platforms. It in turn uses our fork of libwebrtc, which is optimized for mobile and desktop platforms. Hope that clears things up.. on exactly what each component does, I would suggest looking at their respective repos as a first step. I think some of your questions would be answered by the README/source code in those repos.

Thanks for the concise answer @dry-elephant-14928 🙏 You're right, I just need to spend more time trying to piece things together by reading the source code! For others out there, I have come to the conclusion that since
flutter_webrtc
doesn't use libwebrtc, flutter apps using livekit-flutter-sdk should run fine on linux arm desktop apps. Mobile anyways is mostly arm so I don't think this would be an issue for flutter , I was just being dumb haha
