This can either be a CPU issue (can't record audio fast enough) or a connection quality issue. Are you using cloud or open source?

can you guys share an example of what you mean by audio being jittery? This is a Web Egress? what are you recording?

Recorded video in egress, audio is not in sync with video/ audio is unavailable after some duration in egress video recording
