hey ewan! this sounds like you are not looping over existing publications when the participant connects. you will want to handle 
RoomEvent.TrackPublished/TrackSubscribed
but also invoke the same flow on 
RoomEvent.Connected
and basically loop over all existing participant publications

? if so it should automatically subscribe you to everyone in the room.

do you have an example session where the user could not connect at all? this should not happen.. Cloud is covered by comprehensive connectivity tests across platforms

I understand Livekit should be working, it is highly something we are doing wrong on our ende
still not working at all, when we are late into the room we don't get the subscription at all. We only use audio services in Livekit
