Which SDK are you using? and the version? Are you using Cloud ? Or is this a self-hosted server?

"disconnects" is tricky to debug, because WebRTC servers are difficult to set up correctly. I would suggest testing against LiveKit Cloud first. If you also see disconnect there, then it means there's something going on with the client integration or ISP/firewalls.
