how is your server setup? it sounds like this connection would require TURN but it's not configured correctly.

I have not setup my own server, I’m currently using LiveKit Cloud, as said here in the docs: https://docs.livekit.io/getting-started/server-setup/

Hey Angela, apologies that I missed it. It sounds like your university network has some kind of firewall blocking connections from the device.. question: does https://meet.livekit.io work on the same device while on the network?

yes, https://meet.livekit.io/ works on the same iOS device, on the same network
