Hi everyone, We’ve been using Retell AI for over two months now to support our campaigns. Our operations are based in the US, where we have several human-operated call centers. With the help of AI calling agents, we're aiming to transform the way these call centers operate. So far, the experience has been quite positive, we've made significant progress across multiple areas. However, given the high costs associated with Retell and Twilio, scaling this solution to match the scale of our 200+ human agents is not feasible for us. That's why we're now working on building our own in-house platform, similar to Retell, particular for our campaigns and business needs. Not in detail or every feature, a basic own platform which can fulfil our all requirements. While we do have engineers on the team, the development process is time-consuming. That said, we're enjoying working with LiveKit so far. If anyone here has solid experience in the AI calling agent domain, especially if you’ve built platforms with outbound/inbound calling, warm transfer, etc. I'd love to connect.
