Is the web app supposed to show new replies dynamically? I wondered that noone ins answering my two previous questions for days and just now had the glorious idea to use F5, to find that I actually got answers.

It's a bug on our end. We're doing some major refactoring that should solve a bunch of these issues so stay tuned!
