Hello, I am on a paid plan and am trying to set up a custom domain. I put a domain in, but before i got a chance to see and of the DNS settings now my whole community is trying to route via that domain. I can't get back to my settings page to undo it because of those issue. Any ideas?

Hey @Daniel Greig, sorry for the inconvenience. What is your community name? I'll revert the name manually for now and we'll discuss how to handle it so other people don't run into the same scenario. Long story short, we haven't been exposing content on two domains at the same time (e.g.

linen.dev/s/your-community

and

linen.your-domain.com

) because we didn't want to get penalized by search engines. We might want to revisit this approach.

I am honestly not quite sure anymore, it was just a placeholder name. If I mouseover in the sidebar i think I called it 'CoPilot Fit Support'. I think you might want to split it and always keep the settings on the linen.dev domain, because if anything ever goes wrong with someone's DNS they will never be able to get into their account again.
