Hi there, It would be great if we can have the static link to dashboard. Right now the only can get static link using slug for dashboard but not for project. eg.
<http://lightdash.com/projects/{project-uuid}/dashboards/{dashboard-slug|lightdash.com/projects/{project-uuid}/dashboards/{dashboard-slug> OR dashboard-uuid}/tabs/[NO TAB SLUG CAN BE USE HERE]
It would be great if we can replace prject uuid with project slug so we can have consistent link between env (e.g. we have link in dev env and prod env without have to change prj uuid in link for ref) It even more useful if we can use tab slug to go to the wanted tab
<http://lightdash.com/projects/project-slug-01/dashbards/db-slug-01/tabs/tab-slug/|lightdash.com/projects/project-slug-01/dashbards/db-slug-01/tabs/tab-slug/>
as above requests https://lightdash-community.slack.com/archives/C067S48BHRP/p1786534711058579

👋 Thanks for your message - someone from the Lightdash support team will get back to you asap. Feel free to add any additional context to the thread here in the meantime (screenshots, app version if you're self-hosting etc.).

This would also be useful for some reason e.g. disaster recovery make us have to create a new project or we need to redeploy the whole server -> project UUID will be changed so link with project UUID won't hold anymore.

Hi Edwin, Thanks for reaching out. Lightdash Cloud runs organizations on shared instances, and the URL doesn't include an org identifier, so the project segment has to stay unique across every organization on that instance. This is what the UUID guarantees today. For a stable link across environments (or through something like a disaster-recovery project recreation), the cleanest option is a small redirect on your side: something like yourteam.io/dashboards/sales that points at the current project-uuid dashboard URL, and gets repointed whenever the underlying project changes. The link you share and bookmark stays the same even though the project uuid behind it doesn't.

Thanks! Now I understand why project have to use UUID.
