Hi team 👋 There's a workaround so this isn't a big blocker — I think it's low priority — but I'd like to share a request about Japanese field names. When we create a table calculation or custom dimension with a Japanese name, it seems to be converted internally to a name like

. Probably because of this, creating a table calculation with a Japanese name and then creating a custom dimension with a Japanese name results in an error (likely because both end up as

_

internally). Writing names in English works fine, but we sometimes prefer Japanese names for readability, so it would be great if Japanese names worked without issues too 🙏

Thanks for sharing this feedback! I was able to find the source of what you're explaining and I've filed a bug for this. We'll link this thread to the issue so you get notified when it's fixed. In the meantime, as you already mentioned, using English names (or even unique numbers) for table calculations and custom dimensions avoids it. I'll see if we can get this updated quickly for you so you can name things however you want!
