I got fed up of waiting for Jetbrain's to add PDF flags into Skia so here we are! If they ever merge that PR, I'll fixup to use native way to render PDF but this works around that for now 馃槃

And it seems that android, ios and web support are NOT planned as of now. Maybe in the future, but I won鈥檛 hold my breath.
