Hey everyone; πŸ‘‹ How’s the Kotlin scene in NZ? Are there many folks using it on the server, or is it all Android? πŸ˜†

Just android for me too, I'd like to give ktor a try but haven't found a reason. A hello world is about as far as I've got server wise.

@johnaqel πŸ˜• Yes... This is very frustrating. What do you think of the constant lockdowns? Has it been affecting you? I live in the South Island so they have not been affecting me as much. Most of the time I am at home anyways on my computer πŸ˜…

Hi all πŸ‘‹ I'm Adam, and I'm visiting New Zealand for two months. I'm travelling from top to bottom by bicycle, and I thought it'd be fun to meet up with any Kotlin devs who are on my route! Let's go for a drink or grab something to eat? I will also happily lend my services, be that rubber ducking or my speciality: fixing Gradle builds. I'm landing in Auckland next week - are there any social events? And if you're further south then drop me a message and chances are good that I'll be in your area at some point in October or November. (my apologies if this message isn't welcome here!)
