infisical:v0.162.7, PostgreSQL 18, Redis 8.4 (I switched to Redis 7.4, but it still didn't help.)

Folder & Secret Reactivity/Visibility Issues
1. Navigate to a workspace and create a new folder.
2. Observation:The folder is not visible in the UI immediately after creation. Even toggling or clicking the "Folder" filter does not make it appear.
3. Create a new secret (key/value pair).
4. Observation:The newly created secret is not rendered on the dashboard. It only appears after manually interacting with/toggling the filters or force-refreshing the page.
*I haven't encountered any such issues in the cloud version of the product.*

*I finally managed to fix this issue!* :tada:
The root cause was that my PostgreSQL cluster was initialized with the `SQL_ASCII` encoding instead of `UTF8`. Because of this, the database couldn't properly handle sorting and unicode characters, which caused the Infisical folder creation to silently fail/get stuck.
