The Terraform secrets sync integration is failing to apply due to 422 responses on some secrets because you are using the Notes on a secret as the description which is nice but should not prevent syncs from happening and forcing the Notes to be truncated to match the target platforms requirements. If would be nice if you truncate instead the description attribute you are sending to the api.
