I'm the admin of my organisation and we are on a free tier. I had 4 identities signed up. I tried to add the 5th identity but it complained that I have reached my account limit. Previously we had other identities which I deleted. I want to understand: in the free tier are the 5 identities inclusive of all the deleted identities as well or does it mean they are eligible for 5 current identities?

Hey Behlool! The 5 identity limit on the free tier only counts your current identities. Deleted ones don't count against you. One thing to keep in mind though: that limit is shared between org members (users) and machine identities combined. So if you've got say 3 team members and 2 machine identities, that's already 5.
