    I will say that I am really fascinated by cobol systems that have been around since the 70s. commonly cited as examples of infrastructure that is incredibly hard to maintain and replace, I'd really love to explore what are the characteristics of software that has lasted for 50 years, and how we can write software that is intended to last another 50
