fwiw in powershell on windows you can do :

Get-NetTCPConnection | where Localport -eq 6001 | select Localport,OwningProcess

and then take the owning process id and do:

Get-Process -id 33796

 NPM(K)    PM(M)      WS(M)     CPU(s)      Id  SI ProcessName

port 6001 is what vscode uses with hashlink but whatever port it runs on just substitute that
