Anybody know why HashLink fails on windows with a lot of

failed to load function

errors?

I can't really find any specific steps for configuring hashlink so I've been following steps from a dozen discord posts/web pages/haxe tutorials, i really just wanna use the latest released version and sort of thought it would work out of the box but it seems like there's some secret tricks I don't know
