groovy-lang.org seems to be down again

Restarted Apache2. There is a plan in place to stop this happening but still work in progress.

I'm curious, why is it going done so frequently?

It is mostly the CI server (teamcity) that is the big resource drain on that machine. Apache2 is just the collateral damage. We do need the web part totally off the machine and onto ASF backed tech which I need to get back to. Should be seamless for users but requires revamping how our releases would push content onto the current schemes that the ASF support. I was waiting until we leverage more of the tech which Grails are now using to do their releases. Another thing on my todo list.
