hi i am looking for a replacement for signoz as APM, and i wonder how i can use Greaptime with other available OSS solutions to achieve the same feature parity?

Typically you can use Greptime with Grafana for various visualization. Our dashboard also has UI for log/trace query. Our enterprise version has trigger to work with Prometheus alertmanager for alerting.

GrepTime is a great storage layer, but almost every APM UI tool that unifies traces + logs + metrics is tightly coupled to ClickHouse. SigNoz, Uptrace, HyperDX — all of them use ClickHouse as their internal storage and don't support swapping it out... I really want to use Greptime but it takes too much to justify the amount of effort to get half of what these tools provide, and it doesn't make sense for most companies to maintains Greptime in addition to Clickhouse.
