You should ensure their GH user is added to your organization and been granted read permission to at least one repo in it that is synced with Graphite (this is because GitHub's third-party authentication needs that for us to be able to sync them into your Graphite workspace fully).

Ah, they don't have read access to any repos, I'll fix that and have him try again.
