Hey Tommy! Looks like #58959 did merge, at 10:39 UTC. The queue was waiting on a temporary draft, #59715, not on the checks on #58959. That draft was based on another merge-queue branch, and from our logs it looks like GitHub closed it a second after it opened, so 

relay-checks

 and 

relayapi-pr-checks (relaytech-sandbox)

 never started. Those are the two tasks it was still listing. A new draft, #59741, was opened against 

dev

, those checks ran, and the merge went through. If you run into this again, grab the draft PR number from the queue and open that PR on GitHub. On the checks tab, look for runs named exactly 

relay-checks

 and 

relayapi-pr-checks (relaytech-sandbox)

. Id be curious what the state of thiose is. Also worth checking whether those Cloud Build triggers only run when the PR base is 

dev

. Drafts further back in the queue are based on a 

gtmq_spec

 branch, so a

-only trigger will not start.
