07/30/2026, 5:44 PMSeeing Github GraphQL rate limit issues - getting Claude to measure it, it seems like just opening Graphite dashboard and leaving it open consumes a lot of points (400 points when open, 100 points every 30 seconds after that).
Have there been changes lately that have increased usage? Didn't have these issues before

07/30/2026, 5:58 PMYes, tested maybe 20 minutes ago. Just having Claude monitor our rate limit value and opening Graphite in a new tab

248 points on page open
26 points per minute with page open statically after
84 points when opening a diff (41 diff stack)

07/31/2026, 5:32 PMlet me know if that is ballpark expected - i think leaving the page open is now 1560 points per hour, which is 1/3 of the 5000.
