07/23/2026, 5:19 PMI am trying to use Graphite both at my company (which has a team account) and for my personal projects (which is on a hobby plan). I just use my one GitHub account for both. When I connected my personal account, I'm seeing discrepancies in the PR inbox now with it not showing a lot of PRs from my teammates (or by me in my day job's repos), and I am not sure what is happening.

07/23/2026, 7:59 PMI will say that the process of setting up a separate workspace tied to the same GH account is REALLY clunky, especially if one workspace uses SSO that I can't login with on my personal computer. Plus by default everything gets lumped together, so my personal PRs show up next to my work PRs, and I'd really like to have a different PR inbox for work vs personal.

Connecting a personal/hobby setup on the same GitHub login often changes which workspace you’re in or which repos the inbox syncs (hobby defaults are capped at 3). On your company workspace, check Settings → Synced repositories and confirm the work org repos are still there: *https://graphite.com/docs/use-pr-inbox* — which workspace are you looking at right now?
