My team have been experiencing issues with graphite all morning, comments and reviews are being thrown away, some with errors, some without. Someone left a review and it was completely discarded and never submitted. I can't see anything on the graphite or github status page for issues. It looks like this is a graphite issue though as comments do appear in github.

Same here - ~50% of the time code reviews/comments show an error in the UI after a while saying e.g. "Failed to approve: <pr> - Something went wrong — please try again.This error has been reported to Graphite."

Hey Jack! This is something we are currently investigating but we are not seeing anything standout on our end. The next time this happens and you can an error toast can you click the send feedback button? This will tie the specific instance to an error log so we have a better event to track. Thanks!
