Hey team - seeing lots of 500 errors for requests in the UI - can't load list of PRs or a pr stack - so basically cant use to the tool right now {"httpCode":500,"errorCode":"unknown-error"} reporting via feedback widget too

Hey Geoff, I found the backend error for those request IDs. GitHub is rejecting Graphite’s requests for the

softledger

org because the OAuth token hasn’t been granted access under your org’s SAML enforcement. Can you check GitHub → Settings → Applications → Authorized OAuth Apps, open the Graphite/Cursor app, and make sure it’s authorized for the

softledger

organization? If it isn’t, grant access there, then reload Graphite and try the PR list again.
