I and a coworker of mine haven't been getting slack notifications from graphite since the 29th, despite requesting each other for review. Did something change recently around this integration?

Thanks for flagging this. I checked the notification logs for your Graphite account, and Graphite is seeing a Slack delivery issue for your account starting around May 29. Could you first check your Graphite notification settings here and confirm Slack notifications are enabled? https://app.graphite.com/settings/notifications
